Carol F. LaRue, OTR/L created LifeCentrics in 1999 for the purpose of teaching, inspiring and
empowering individuals and organizations to take care of their whole self –from the inside out.
LifeCentrics’ services combine practical solutions, ageless wisdom and transformative experiences for optimizing well-being, starting right where you are.

Carol is a licensed occupational therapist, a certified brown belt instructor of The Nia
Technique, certified Pilates mat exercise instructor, certified instructor of Transformation Meditation and practitioner
of individualized yoga therapy. She is creator of the integrative model for living, "The Art of Self-Health" and the
specialized movement and support classes for women cancer survivors “Moving into Wellness” and "Restorative Balanced
Moves". Carol's personal life is a tapestry rich with experiences that have led to self-discovery, expansion and the
opportunity to "walk her talk" in everyday living. Her passion is her everyday life…finding balance and meaning while
teaching and helping others find ways of doing the same in their unique lives. Her training and application in
mind/body health spans over 25 years and includes experience in teaching various forms of mind/body exercise and
movement, stress management skills, customized wellness coaching and education for organizations, meditation,
visualization and guided imagery techniques. Carol joyfully brings a sense of grounded, "real life practicality"
into all of her teachings.

Teresa Brimacombe is a certified health educator and coach, an active yoga
and meditation practitioner, and Restorative Balanced MovesTM
instructor.
She is in the process of completing the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
During a successful 30-year career in the corporate arena, she explored her
life-long interest in the interconnection of body, mind, heart and soul,
pursuing it through personal study and ultimately returning to school to
receive a certification in Whole Health Education from The National Institute
of Whole Health, where she currently serves on the faculty as Academic
Advisor. Teresa is familiar with the prevalent work/life balance issues
facing people in the workplace today, and has personally benefited from
applying a holistic health approach to her life. She shares this real world
knowledge and experience with her clients and does so with a compassionate,
respectful nature. Her skill in mindful listening allows Teresa to easily
guide others in finding integrated balance within their lives and discovering
their optimum well being.
