She is creator of the integrative model for living, "The Art of Self-Health" and the specialized movement and support classes for women cancer survivors “Moving into Wellness” and "Restorative Balanced Moves". Carol's personal life is a tapestry rich with experiences that have led to self-discovery, expansion and the opportunity to "walk her talk" in everyday living. Her passion is her everyday life…finding balance and meaning while teaching and helping others find ways of doing the same in their unique lives. Her training and application in mind/body health spans over 25 years and includes experience in teaching various forms of mind/body exercise and movement, stress management skills, customized wellness coaching and education for organizations, meditation, visualization and guided imagery techniques. Carol joyfully brings a sense of grounded, "real life practicality" into all of her teachings.

Teresa Brimacombe is a certified health educator and coach, an active yoga and meditation practitioner, and Restorative Balanced MovesTM instructor. She is in the process of completing the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. During a successful 30-year career in the corporate arena, she explored her life-long interest in the interconnection of body, mind, heart and soul, pursuing it through personal study and ultimately returning to school to receive a certification in Whole Health Education from The National Institute of Whole Health, where she currently serves on the faculty as Academic Advisor. Teresa is familiar with the prevalent work/life balance issues facing people in the workplace today, and has personally benefited from applying a holistic health approach to her life. She shares this real world knowledge and experience with her clients and does so with a compassionate, respectful nature. Her skill in mindful listening allows Teresa to easily guide others in finding integrated balance within their lives and discovering their optimum well being.
