An integral component of the The Holistic Art of Self-Health is the Balanced Living Assessment, offering a simple but thorough assessment of one's current attitudes, knowledge, skills and practices in each of the seven dimensions of well-being. The results of this assessment provides an individualized "picture of well-being" and a benchmark from which to establish intentions for positive change through education and/or coaching. The Balanced Living Checklist is an abbreviated version of The Balanced Living Assessment and can give individuals a snapshot of dimensions that may need attention. Try it!
