During this weekend we will:

· Learn the Art of Self-Health for full- powered health and well-being
· Understand the healing power of compassion, forgiveness, love, self-honesty, courage and communicating from the heart
· Learn ways of honoring our heart´s desire when designing our lives, relationships and day to day environments for optimal healthy life balance
· Embody our heart song through the gentle movement of the Nia Technique, yoga and a drum and dance circle
· Spend unstructured time nurturing the senses through nature walks, meditation, journal writing, creative art and relaxation
· Receive personal Soul Nourishment modalities of Therapeutic Massage, Intuitive Energetics, Total Body Modification, Energy Healing and Resonance Repatterning
